This 1968 Plymouth GTX was positioned to be the “gentleman’s muscle car. The standard engine was the Plymouth 440 Super Commando (7.2 L) with the optional Chrysler’s 426 Hemi (7.0L). This car is equipped with the optional and very rare 426 Hemi engine with the 4spd transmission and Dana (60) 3.54 rear end gears. The car options include the 426 Hemi, bucket seats, driver side remote mirror and the light group trim. The build sheet and fender tag information show the car being built February of 1968. The exterior paint color is burgundy metallic with the black interior.
